TruePointAgents Reviews is operated by TruePointAgents. This policy explains what the site and its publishing tool access and how it is handled.

Who operates this site

TruePointAgents — http://truepointagents.com. The publishing tool runs on the operator's own private server; this is not a hosted multi-tenant service.

What the tool accesses

Through the Pinterest API v5, and only after the operator authorizes it via Pinterest's own OAuth consent screen, the tool reads the boards on the operator's own authenticated Pinterest account (boards:read) to choose a destination board, and creates pins on that same account (pins:write). It does not access the Pins, boards, profiles, or any data of any Pinterest user other than the account owner who authorized it.

Data storage

The Pinterest access token is stored only on the operator's own server, used solely to call the Pinterest API on the operator's behalf, and is never transmitted to, sold to, or shared with any third party.

Content and third-party links

Review pages link to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate the operator earns from qualifying purchases; those links are governed by Amazon's privacy policy.

This is a business site and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
